Deep Tissue

Using deep finger, forearm and elbow pressure combined with slow, firm strokes, deep tissue massage is used to treat a variety of physical ailments. Targeting the root of your muscle aches, helping to remove knots and stimulate circulation, this helps with recovery from muscle aches and pain, lower back pain, high blood pressure, injured muscles, or if you are just wanting some stress relief, then a deep tissue massage will leave you limber and rejuvenated.

Sport Massage

This is a targeted massage approach that focuses on specific areas of your body that are in need of healing, maintenance, or preparation for upcoming events. The name is somewhat deceiving as it is in beneficial for anyone with specific aches or muscular tension or injury.

Swedish

Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. Long, gentle and flowing techniques are used to loosen up tight muscles and reduce the physical impact of stress on the body. You’ll leave the treatment feeling calm, looser and more relaxed. A Swedish body massage is the perfect way for anyone who is overly worked and stressed out to relax their body and mind. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energising. And it may even help after an injury.

Indian Head Massage

If you suffer from chronic headaches, tension in your shoulders and neck, then you will greatly benefit from this treatment. The techniques used reduce muscular and nervous tension and improve circulation of blood and lymph.

Working with both a firm and gentle rhythm this massage helps unknot blockages and relieve the uncomfortable build-up of muscular tension. The facial massage has a very soothing effect and increases lymphatic drainage, removing toxins and can help sinus problems, hay fever and some allergies.
